Premises for students’ studies, for scientific-pedagogical staff administrative and service premises comply with the State Building Norms of Ukraine SBN B.2.2-3-97 “Buildings and Structures of Schools” approved by the Order of the State Committee of Ukraine for Urban Development and Architecture No. 117 from June 27, 1996.
IN PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE “INTERNATIONAL EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY” settled suitable conditions for students with disabilities and persons with disabilities, which is confirmed by the findings of the expert on the technical examination of buildings and structures on accessibility for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population to non-residential premises and training students at:
- Kyiv, Butlerov Academic Street, building 1;
- Kyiv, Stepan Bandera avenue, house 16.
In accordance with the state building codes, rules and standards and paragraph 33 of the license conditions, PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION “INTERNATIONAL EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY” for persons with disabilities and other small-mobile groups are provided with unhindered access to buildings, educational premises, study rooms. The building of the PRIVATE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION “INTERNATIONAL EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY” is equipped with a ramp. The university provides unimpeded access for persons with disabilities to educational laboratories, classrooms, library (reading room), assembly hall. Free movement of students with physical disabilities, wheelchairs and disabled people to public places is ensured. Favorable conditions for rest and livelihood for students with disabilities have been created as well.
In general, the material base of the PRIVATE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION “INTERNATIONAL EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY” meets the existing requirements and norms and allows to provide the educational process in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
